Volunteer Fee / opt-out info.

2026 Spring Season marks a new year with new beginnings. We, as a league, know we must keep up with the times and changes.

Starting this Spring 2026, a $200 volunteer check must be submitted to the league, as well as a completed player registration before the player can be added to a team. Each volunteer must complete a minimum of 8 hours throughout the Season. A list below will outline what volunteer positions qualify for hour write offs that will be signed off by an executive bard member. After volunteer hours have been completed, the submitted check will be returned. You may also choose to opt-out, in which your check will be deposited after submission and will go towards the league’s upkeep.

Join your neighbors and friends in this community-based, fun, and recreational volunteer girls softball organization. We rely on our families for assistance during the softball season. You only need enthusiasm and interest in supporting our girls. We take pride in training you in any area of softball. No matter your level of softball knowledge, from a first-time newbie with no softball experience to a seasoned veteran who has been around softball fields for years, there is a way to help your team or your league.

Seasonal Board Volunteer

The seasonal board members are volunteers interested in supporting the league in a minor capacity, focusing on a specific area of interest. Seasonal Board members generally co-chair specific areas during the spring and fall seasons. Their commitment ranges from a few days to a few weeks.

We have many positions to fit your interest and availability:
