Branham Hills Girls Softball

Welcome to the 2011 “MSD Grip It and Rip It Tournament”

Congratulations to all of the girls for their hustle, cheering, and good sportsmanship shown throughout the regular season!

• MSD Rules are in effect for the Tournament. 
• Exception – Play Off Game on Thursday: No player shall pitch more than 12 outs or 4 innings total for this game.
• Exception – Play Off and Championship Game on Saturday:  No player shall pitch more than 21 outs or 7 innings total for the Saturday Games of the tournament. 
• No roster additions from any other teams will be allowed during the tournament games.
• No New Inning after 100 minutes of play.  Once an inning starts it must be finished.
• International Tie Breaker shall be used if game is tied when time runs out or 6 innings have been finished – whichever comes first.  Pitching Limits shall not be in effect for any tie breaker innings only.
• Coin Toss will determine Home team in the Tournament Championship Game.  

Playoff Game on Thursday, May 19th: 

MSD 1:  4^th Place (HOME) vs. 5^th Place – Field ‘A’ @ 5:30 PM

Playoff Games on Saturday, May 21^st:  Game Times TBD by UIC

MSD 2: 1^st Place (HOME) vs. 4^th Place/5^th Place Winner – Field ‘A’ @ 12 PM

MSD 3: 2^nd Place (HOME) vs. 3^rd Place – Field ‘B’ @ 12 PM

Tournament Championship Game on Saturday, May 21st: 

Coin Toss will determine Home Team. 

Winner MSD 2 vs MSD 3 – Field ‘A’ @ 2:20 PM

9U/10U Friendship Tournament

• 2010 Second Half Rules Are in Effect for the Tournament
• No New Inning after 90 minutes of play.  Once an inning starts it must be finished.
• International Tie Breaker shall be used if game is tied when time runs out or 6 innings have been finished – whichever comes first.
• Coin Toss will determine Home team in the Friendship Tournament Championship Games
