The BHGS recreational softball season runs from February through early June and is open to all girls from the ages of 5 to 15. This program is recreational and educational and any girl who would like to play BHGS will play softball and no experience is necessary. Branham Hills Girls Softball plays at Alta Vista Elementary School.

BHGS Thunder
Thunder Travel Ball
For those girls looking for a more competitive softball league, BHGS has a summer and fall travel ball program. Travel ball teams for girls ages 7 to 15 are selected through tryouts held in early May. Thunder teams compete in local and regional tournaments in the B&C levels.
San Jose Blasters
The San Jose Blasters is a BHGS program designed for high school players that want to play competitive softball after their high school season is completed, but do not want to commit to a full A-Ball type schedule. The Blasters also may include 8th graders preparing for high school softball. These teams will play B and A level tournaments in the summer and fall.
California Kryptonite
The California Kryptonite is BHGS A-Ball level program that consists of a group of teams that compete nationally, during the spring, summer and fall.
