Where does BHGS Play?

Practices and games are at Alta Vista Elementary School at 200 Blossom Valley Drive Los Gatos, CA 95032. Some of the upper divisions (12U and 14U) play at Alta Vista and also travel to other fields throughout Silicon Valley for games.

How often are practices and games scheduled?

Generally practices/games are twice a week. Teams are scheduled for one weeknight and one Saturday practice/game. 6U practice/games are one hour, while 8U (8 year olds and under) and 10U (10 years old and under) are 1 hour 15 minutes, 14U (14 years old and under) are approximately two hours.

How do I know which team my child will be on?

In early February a manager will call you with all the specifics. You will be informed about the coaches and managers, when and where the first pratice will be and necessary equipment to bring to practice.

What if it is raining on the day of my practice or game?

Call the BHGS rain hotline at 408-358-0044 one and one-half hour prior to the practice or game. If a rain day is announced, teams are not allowed to practice or play.
