Opening Day Ceremonies Saturday, March 15th

The schedule for Opening Day is:

Hit-A-Thon 8:30am - 10:30am.

6U players will go to Field C
8U players will go to Field D
10U players will go to Field B
12 & 14U players will go the Field A

Division Reps will be in charge of each field. Coaches & Managers are needed to help run each field for their division, so show up on time please!

The players should bring their Hit-A-Thon Envelopes to the field with them even though they have another week to collect more sponsors (turn in to your manager on Sat (3/22/08).

Jump Ups 9:30am -3:00pm

Jump Up booths will be set up behind the Snack Shack & YMCA building
Players can play on the Jump Ups after they have completed their turn at the Hit-A-Thon and then after the Opening Day Ceremonies
You can buy tickets for $ 0.50 each turn or
$ 5.00 for the whole day with unlimited usage!
(12 & 14 girls will be needed to help watch the booths)

Opening Day Line Up 10:30am

The players will line up in their teams at 10:30am on the black top between the YMCA building and the school. There will be chalk marks on the ground to mark each team and some volunteers to help you.

Teams Parade, Opening Day Ceremonies and Announcements 10:45am - 11:45am

Teams parade around Field A - 14U?s first
The teams and staff will be introduced as they pass home plate
One Rep from each team will join in:

BBG Lunch and Family Fun Day 12:00 noon - 3:00pm

This is a FUNdraiser Event, a long day at BHGS, but a very fun one for the girls and hopefully we can raise enough money to pay for the ongoing improvements to our fields at Alta Vista!

14U game 9 Spiderman vs The Rage at 2:00pm

On Field A if you want to watch while you finish your lunch. I will be setting up the field before the game (around 1:30pm) for those of you that want to see how the fields should be set up for games, come sit and I will show you all how, while I get it ready for the game.
